How to Collect Your Medication

1. After your initial consultation and the doctor has determined that you are suitable for treatment, the doctor will prescribe the medication.

2. You will receive an email from us with the name of the medication and dosage.

3. In the Medicinkortet app, you can keep track of all your prescriptions. As soon as you can see the prescription for the agreed-upon medication, you will be able to pick it up at your nearest pharmacy. You can collect the medication within a few days.

4. Once you have picked up the medication, you can start the treatment.

What do I do if the medication is on backorder?

We always stay updated on the stock status of various medications, so it will only be in very few cases that you won’t be able to get your medication. If you experience issues receiving the correct dosage, please contact us so we can adjust your prescription.

What do I do if I experience side effects?
