Our scientific approach

Our approach starts with gathering the most relevant, high-impact information through carefully selected diagnostics, while deliberately avoiding redundant tests that only add noise. We then form strong, personalised hypotheses for each client by combining these data with specialist physician experience, and refine them through further testing or targeted treatments using the latest technologies.

Inside our lab

At the heart of Aetas is our in-house molecular laboratory, where we process and analyse many of the samples used in our programs.

Running our own lab means we control the entire diagnostic journey - from pre-analytical handling and assay selection to quality control and interpretation. It allows us to implement new biomarkers faster, validate them to our own standards, and shorten turnaround times for our clients.

Our team has deep experience in inflammatory, cardiometabolic, hormonal and neurodegenerative biomarkers, including high-sensitivity markers of chronic inflammation such as suPAR.
