A comprehensive analysis of your body's immune and sensitivity responses.
Our Allergy & Intolerance Panel uses a single blood sample to test for 80 allergies and more than 200 intolerances. It covers a wide range of common triggers, including respiratory allergens, fish and shellfish, fruits and vegetables, meat and dairy, nuts, grains, and more.
This analysis aims to pinpoint potential symptom triggers, minimise uncertainty, and enable informed dietary and lifestyle decisions.
Why it can be relevant to test for allergies and intolerances
Reactions aren't always obvious
Both food- and environment-related sensitivities can cause subtle, ongoing symptoms that are easily mistaken for stress, digestive imbalance, seasonal changes, or aging.
Inflammation can develop quietly over time
Repeated exposure to triggering foods or environmental factors may lead to sustained immune activation and low-grade inflammation.
Symptoms can extend beyond digestion
Skin, energy levels, mood, sleep quality, and respiratory comfort may all be influenced by underlying allergic or intolerance-related inflammation.
Clarity enables freedom and flexibility
Understanding your individual triggers helps you make informed choices without unnecessary restrictions or guesswork.
Personal insight supports long-term wellbeing
With clear insight into your sensitivities, you can make everyday decisions that support comfort, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
When testing may be valuable
Bloating or digestive discomfort
Meals lead to discomfort, fullness, or irregular bowel patterns, even with otherwise healthy foods.
Skin irritation or flare-ups
Eczema, acne, rashes, or redness that come and go without a clear external trigger.
Fatigue after meals
Noticeable drops in energy or alertness following eating, suggesting metabolic or immune response.
Headaches or brain fog
Cognitive slowdown or pressure that may correlate with certain foods or meal patterns.
Curiosity or concern about hidden triggers
You want clarity on whether specific foods are affecting your health.
How does it work?
Allergies & Intolerance analyzes a broad set of biomarkers from a blood sample to identify potential allergic reactions and food or environmental intolerances.

To help ensure accurate results, it is important to follow the preparation guidance below prior to sample collection.
Maintain your usual diet in the weeks leading up to testing.
Do not intentionally overconsume specific foods immediately before sampling, as this does not improve accuracy and may introduce short-term fluctuations.
Avoid major dietary changes (e.g. starting elimination diets, fasting protocols, or detox programs) for at least 2-4 weeks prior to testing.
Continue prescribed medications unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional. If you are taking antihistamines, corticosteroids, or immune-modulating treatments, note this, as they may influence results.
Postpone testing during acute illness or infection, as immune activity may be temporarily altered.
Please plan for a total visit time of around 15 minutes. This includes a small blood draw carried out efficiently at the clinic.
In your follow-up, typically after 2-3 weeks, your physician walks through your results in the context of your symptoms, health history, and daily habits. Together you translate the findings into a clear plan for diet and lifestyle adjustments.
We do not read markers in isolation. Your results are interpreted alongside your symptom pattern, medical background, and goals, so the guidance reflects your real life - not just the test.
If we identify a meaningful allergy or intolerance, we discuss it with you promptly and provide guidance on next steps. This may include targeted follow-up tests, confirmation testing if relevant, and recommendations to reduce triggers safely.
Most clients repeat the panel only if symptoms change significantly or if your doctor recommends tracking progress after a period of dietary or lifestyle adjustments.
